Out of the plays we have read so far this year, I would have to say that All My Sons is my favorite play. In the beginning of the play the family just seemed normal and very innocent, but as the play went on some of the characters changed, and I didn't expect that at all. Keller ended up admitting he was guilty and mother knew it all along but was protecting him even though he killed their son. Chirs their son also learned the truth his father was guilty and was going to take him to the police, but Keller ended up shooting himself.

My favorie charactor from each of the plays we have read would be Tilli from The effect of Gamma Rays. She was a very inspiring little girl who believe that things would eventually get better even at the worst of times. She was a very smart girl, who had to put up with verble abuse from her mom and sister but even though it made her feel really bad she kept on going and ended up winning the science fair.

Sometimes swallowing your pride is necessary for survival.

This picture taken from igniteliving represents the statement because even if you know you will look stupid sometimes you have to do things in order for things to turn out for the best, and if that means losing your pride. In the story everything in Walters mind revolved around money, and he would do anything just so he would have it. His family was strong but he thought by accepting Linders offer by not moving into the white community just to have more money would make the family happy. By accepting the offer if would only make the family weak, and make them not look strong.

Once children are grown, their parents are no longer responsible for them.

This picture taken from educationsc represents how even though a child is now grown you were are always going to be what your parents care most about, and how they will always care for you no matter what. In the story Walter does something really horrible when he gives away all of their money, and Mama is furious at first, but in the end she knows that she loves him, and she still cares deeply about her son, especially when he is at his lowest.

You should hold onto your dreams; if you work hard enough for them, they will come true.

This picture taken from amoureuxauban represents the statement, because it shows how you want to hold on tightly to your dream no matter what, and you never want it to slip away when its so close. In A Raisin in the Sun, the families dream was moving into a better home, even though that dream was almost lost the family still stood strong, and didn't let their dream vanish. They will work hard so they can have a better life, even if that means working long hours to pay off the rest of the house.
